Section 670B.Sec. 25 - NEW

In accordance with NRS 670B.690, the Commissioner may revoke or suspend the license of a student loan servicer if the licensee violates any provision of this chapter or chapter 670B of NRS, including, without limitation, if the licensee:
1. Does not allow the Commissioner to conduct an investigation or examination of any books, accounts, records, files, documents, information or evidence, as authorized pursuant to NRS 670B.640; or
2. Fails to pay any required fee or assessment.
