Section 653.450 - Inspection of machine that produces radiation or radioactive materials by Division

While inspecting a machine that produces radiation or radioactive materials, the Division may request documentation which shows that the operators of such machines satisfy the applicable requirements for training and credentialing that apply to license holders.
