Section 652.161 - Conditions under which notice deemed sufficient

Any notice that is required to be provided to a licensee, certificate holder or applicant for a license or certificate pursuant to this chapter or chapter 652 of NRS shall be deemed sufficient if the notice is sent to the last address or electronic mail address that was provided to the Division by the licensee, certificate holder or applicant.
