Section 649.130 - Branch offices: Filing and contents of application for permit to operate

An application for a permit to operate a branch office must be filed with the Commissioner of Financial Institutions on a form provided by the Commissioner. The application must contain:

1. The information required by subsection 2 of NRS 649.095 for an application for a license;

2. The number of the account maintained pursuant to subsection 2 of NRS NRS 649.355, and the name and address of the bank where the account is maintained; and

3. Proof that the manager named in the application holds a current manager's certificate issued by the Commissioner of Financial Institutions.
