Section 649.320 - Revocation or suspension of license: Violation of certain provisions of federal law

The Commissioner will consider a violation by any collection agency, collection agent or compliance manager of any of the provisions of 15 U.S.C. §§ 1692b to 1692j, inclusive, as those sections existed on July 1, 1986, to be an act or omission inconsistent with the faithful discharge of the duties or obligations of a collection agency, collection agent or compliance manager and grounds for the suspension or revocation of the license or certificate of the collection agency, collection agent or compliance manager, as applicable.
