Section 649.076 - Examination, investigation and audit of foreign collection agencies

In addition to all fees required by this chapter and chapter 649 of NRS, a collection agency shall pay the reasonable expenses for travel, meals and lodging of the Commissioner or a representative of the Commissioner incurred during any examination, investigation or audit made at an office or principal place of business of the collection agency which is located outside of this State.
