Section 648.365 - Standards of accuracy and reliability of instruments; verification of standards

1. Each polygraphic instrument must meet the minimum standards of accuracy and reliability established by the manufacturer of the instrument.
2. A polygraphic examiner shall verify that a polygraphic instrument meets these standards at least once during each 30 days the instrument is in use and shall maintain a record of that verification.
