CERTIFICATES OF REGISTRATION AND PERMITS
Issuance and Renewal
Section 645H.240 - Holder of a permit: Change of name, employer or business address

1. The holder of a permit may request a change in his or her name, employer or business address by completing and submitting the appropriate form supplied by the Division and paying the fees required pursuant to NRS 645H.560.

2. If the holder of a permit requests such a change and pays the required fee, the receipt issued by the Division constitutes a temporary working permit pending receipt of the requested permit.
