CONTINUING EDUCATION
Section 645D.442 - Credit for attending certain educational meetings or trade shows

The Division will grant credit for continuing education to a holder of a certificate for attending an educational meeting or trade show presented by a regionally or nationally recognized organization of inspectors if:
1. The educational portion of the meeting or trade show lasted at least 1 hour; and
2. The organization:
(a) Certifies to the attendance of the holder of a certificate; and
(b) Agrees to maintain a record of that attendance for not less than 3 years.
