An approved course, to comply with the requirements of NAC 645D.210 for an applicant for certification as a certified residential inspector, must consist of at least 40 hours of instruction in a classroom, including instruction relating to the inspection of structures pursuant to the requirements of NAC 645D.480 to 645D.580, inclusive.
