An approved school shall not:
1. Present a course for the purpose of selling products and must limit the announcement of products during the course to not more than 1 minute for each hour of instruction;
2. Allow a student to pass a course by taking an examination without having attended the required hours of instruction; or
3. Provide more than 8 hours of instruction per day in an approved course.
