Section 645C.710 - Disciplinary action for dishonor of instrument

A license, certificate, registration as an appraisal management company or registration card may be cancelled, revoked or suspended, or the licensee, holder of the certificate, holder of the registration as an appraisal management company or intern fined, if any instrument given to the Division is not honored by the financial institution upon which it is drawn.
