Section 645.635 - Disclosure of unmerchantable title

A licensee may not attempt to sell, or offer to sell, any real property or any time share with knowledge that the title is unmerchantable unless the licensee notifies the prospective purchaser of that fact before the payment of any part of the purchase price.
