Section 644A.530 - "Mobile cosmetological establishment" defined

As used in NAC 644A.530 to 644A.580, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, "mobile cosmetological establishment" means a self-contained, self-supporting, enclosed mobile unit where one or more persons engage in the practice of cosmetology.
