A cosmetologist, esthetician, advanced esthetician, hair designer or nail technologist licensed in Nevada may perform services outside a cosmetological establishment if the services are being donated to a charitable organization and prior written approval has been given by the Board. Every possible effort must be made to ensure that proper sanitation is maintained.
