COSMETOLOGICAL ESTABLISHMENTS AND SCHOOLS OF COSMETOLOGY: CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURES FOR PRACTICE
Section 644A.725 - Plumbing; dispensary sink; floor coverings

Each cosmetological establishment or school of cosmetology must have suitable permanent plumbing which provides an adequate and readily available supply of hot and cold running water at all times and is permanently connected for drainage of sewage and potable water within the areas where work is performed and supplies dispensed.
