COSMETOLOGICAL ESTABLISHMENTS AND SCHOOLS OF COSMETOLOGY: CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURES FOR PRACTICE
Section 644A.710 - Exhaust systems

Each cosmetological establishment and school of cosmetology and each room or residence used as a cosmetological establishment must have a mechanical system for exhaust acceptable to the Board. The mechanical system for exhaust must comply with all applicable building codes, local ordinances and fire codes, the Nevada Occupational Safety and Health Act and the federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended.
