Section 643.040 - Hearing for applicant convicted of crime involving moral turpitude

If a person who applies for examination as a licensed apprentice or a licensed barber has been convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude, the board may hold a hearing to determine whether he will be permitted to take the examination.
