Section 643.005 - Good cause" defined; written evidence required for documentation of good causes

" For the purposes of NRS 643.105 and NAC 643.010 to 643.180, inclusive, "good cause":
1. Means:
(a) A death or severe illness in the
immediate family of an applicant for a license; or
(b) An applicant's:
(1) Personal illness;
(2) Motor vehicle accident; or
(3) Other severe physical or emotional
hardship.
2. Must be documented by written evidence that is satisfactory to the board.
