1. A supervisor shall maintain all records relating to the supervision of a person engaged in the practice of applied behavior analysis, including, without limitation, records required to be maintained pursuant to section 52, for not less than 7 years after the last date of supervision. Upon request, such records must be made available for inspection by the Board.

2. A supervisor shall notify the Board within 30 days after his or her supervision of a person engaged in the practice of applied behavior analysis is completed or terminated.
