1. To renew his or her license, a licensee
must submit to the Board:
(a) An application
for renewal and all accompanying materials as required by
NRS
641D.330 and
641D.360;
(b) Payment of the applicable fee for renewal
as set forth in section 45; and
(c)
The evidence required by paragraph (c) of subsection 1 of
NRS
641D.360, which must consist of:
(1) Documentation indicating that the
licensee holds a current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst,
Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Doctoral or Board Certified Assistant
Behavior Analyst, as applicable, issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification
Board, Inc., or any successor in interest to that organization; and
(2) Documentation indicating that the
licensee has satisfied the continuing education requirements set forth in
paragraphs (b) and (c) of subsection 1 of section 37.
2. In addition to the requirements
set forth in subsection 1, each licensee who applies to renew his or her
license must certify that:
(a) The licensee
has satisfied the continuing education requirements set forth in section 37;
and
(b) The documentation submitted
pursuant to subparagraph (2) of paragraph (c) of subsection 1 is true and
accurate.
3. Each
licensee shall retain evidence of the completion of the continuing education
required by section 37 for at least 7 years after the completion of that
continuing education. Evidence of completion of the continuing education
required by:
(a) Paragraph (a) of subsection 1
of section 37 includes, without limitation, documentation of completion from
the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc., or any successor in interest to
that organization.
(b) Paragraphs
(b) and (c) of subsection 1 of section 37 includes, without limitation, a
certificate of completion or similar document attesting that the licensee
completed the continuing education and containing the name of the licensee, the
date on which the licensee attended the course and the number of hours of
continuing education completed.
4. Upon request of the Board, a licensee must
provide evidence of his or her completion of continuing education.
