Section 641C.415 - Informed consent of client

A person who is providing a service for treatment for alcohol and drug abuse or treatment for problem gambling that is subject to the jurisdiction of the Board, other than a service for civil protective custody, may provide that service only with the informed consent of the client who will be receiving that service.
