Section 641B.190 - Approval: General requirements

1. Before the Board approves a course or program, the Board must be satisfied that the course or program:

A course or program presented in the form of lectures, seminars, workshops, academic courses at an institution of higher education, online learning courses through an accredited college or university which do not lead to a degree, and on-the-job training programs offered by an agency shall be deemed "appropriately designed for instructional purposes," as that term is used in subsection 1. The provider is responsible for the format and presentation of the courses or programs and may restrict the format in which the material is presented unless otherwise required by the Board.
3. The subject matter of a course or program which addresses one or more of the following areas:
