Section 641A.178 - Supervision of interns: Primary and secondary approved supervisors; limitation on number of interns; time required for supervision; approved use of conference calls

4. Except for the hours of experience required by subparagraph (5) of paragraph (c) of subsection 5 of NAC 641A.146, the time required for supervision does not include the time devoted to attendance at seminars, workshops or classes.

Each approved primary supervisor shall, on or before September 15 and March 15 of each year, complete and submit a written report evaluating the internship of each intern under his or her supervision. The written report must be completed using the form provided by the Board and must include, without limitation:
