Chapter 640C - Massage Therapists
STANDARDS OF PRACTICE
Section 640C.350 - Advertisements to include license number of massage therapist

Any advertisement of a licensee:
1. Must include the license number of the massage therapist, reflexologist or structural integration practitioner to which the advertisement pertains; and
2. Must not:
(a) Depict the licensee, or an unlicensed
person portraying a massage therapist, reflexologist or structural integration
practitioner, in a way that is inconsistent with this chapter or chapter 640C
of NRS, including, without limitation, by showing the licensee or unlicensed
person as:
(1) Engaging in a sexual activity
as interpreted in NAC
640C.400;
or
(2) Failing to comply with the
clothing requirements set forth in NAC
640C.250;
and
(b) Be published on
any platform which promotes sexual or illicit activity.
