Section 640C.220 - Exterior doors and windows; walls, ceilings and floors

1. A massage establishment, reflexology establishment or structural integration establishment shall ensure that the establishment effectively excludes insects, rodents and other vermin, by, without limitation, ensuring that each exterior door and window in the establishment is tight-fitting and effectively excludes insects, rodents and other vermin.

2. The walls, ceilings and floors in a massage establishment, reflexology establishment or structural integration establishment must be well maintained and kept clean.

3. The floors of a room in a massage establishment, reflexology establishment or structural integration establishment that contains a toilet must be made of an impervious material that is nonporous or nonabsorbent.
