Section 640C.040 - Applicability: Exemption for students enrolled in school recognized by Board

For the purposes of paragraph (f) of subsection 1 of NRS 640C.100, the Board interprets the exemption in that paragraph to apply only to students enrolled in a school of massage therapy, reflexology or structural integration which is recognized by the Board while the student is performing massage therapy, reflexology or structural integration at the school or other location, provided that the student is supervised by an instructor.
