1. The Board hereA bydopts by reference:
(a) The Occupational Therapy Code of Ethics
and Ethics Standards approved by the representative assembly of the American Occupational Therapy Association or its successor organization; and
(b) The Standards of Practice for Occupational Therapy approved by the representative assembly of the American Occupational Therapy Association or its successor organization.
2. A copy of the Occupational Therapy Code of Ethicsand Ethics Standards or the Standards of Practice for Occupational Therapy may be obtained, free of charge, from the Board by written request.
