Section 640.070 - Graduation from school in foreign country

1. If an applicant for licensure graduated from a school in another country and holds an H-1B Visa, the Board will notify the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services of the Department of Homeland Security if the applicant fails the national licensing examination.

2. If an applicant or licensee graduated from a school in another country and holds an H-1B Visa, the Board will notify the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services of the Department of Homeland Security if the Board takes disciplinary action against the applicant or licensee, as applicable.
