If a member of the staff of the Board wishes to make copies of documents of the wholesaler and the number of copies will exceed 50 pages, the member of the staff of the Board may, in his or her discretion, copy the documents at the facility of the wholesaler or remove the documents to make copies at a commercial facility for reproduction mutually agreed upon by the wholesaler and the member of the staff of the Board. Upon request, the member of the staff of the Board who removes documents for the purpose of copying them pursuant to this section shall provide a receipt to the wholesaler which describes the documents removed.
