A pharmacist or dispensing practitioner who is responsible for the operation of a remote site or satellite consultation and who authorizes a pharmaceutical technician or dispensing technician at the remote site or satellite consultation site to dispense a controlled substance or dangerous drug is responsible for and must be held accountable for the dispensing of the controlled substance or dangerous drug at the remote site or satellite consultation site, as applicable
