1. "Medical products" includes medical devices, equipment, supplies and gases intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment or prevention of disease.
2. The term does not include:
(a) Controlled substances;
(b) Dangerous drugs, except medical gases and
supplies that facilitate the use of a dangerous drug, including, without
limitation, normal saline and other similar inert liquids; or
(c) Medical devices, equipment, supplies or
gases the regulation of which is governed by any other board or agency other
than the Board.
