Section 639.951 - Violations by employees of pharmacy concerning controlled substances or other drugs; screening tests

1. If a pharmacist, intern pharmacist, pharmaceutical technician or pharmaceutical technician in training has:
the owner of the pharmacy at which he or she is employed shall report his or her name to the Board within 10 business days after the owner becomes aware that an event described in paragraph (a), (b) or (c) has occurred.
2. As used in this section, "screening test" means a test of a person's blood or urine to detect the general presence of a controlled substance or any other drug which could impair that person's ability to perform the duties of employment safely and efficiently.
