Section 639.924 - Computerized system to record prescriptions required for pharmacies licensed on or after August 27, 1996

A person who is issued a license to conduct a pharmacy, including, without limitation, a remote site or satellite consultation site, pursuant to the provisions of NRS 639.230 and 639.231 on or after August 27, 1996, shall ensure that the pharmacy uses a computerized system for recording information concerning prescriptions.
