1. Advertising which quotes prices of ophthalmic goods and services must set forth whether:
(a) The advertised price includes single
vision or multifocal glass or plastic lenses;
(b) The advertised price for contact lenses
refers to "hard" or "soft" lenses;
(c) The advertised price of ophthalmic goods
includes all dispensing fees;
(d)
The advertised price for eyeglasses includes both frames and lenses;
and
(e) The advertised lens price
includes all lens prescription powers.
2. Each advertisement in violation of any one of the provisions of subsection 1 is a separate offense punishable pursuant to NRS 637.150.
