Chapter 636 - Optometry

If the Board determines that proper grounds exist, the Board may investigate a complaint, issue a formal complaint or conduct a disciplinary hearing against a person who has voluntarily:
1. Surrendered his or her license;
2. Failed to renew his or her license; or
3. Retired from the practice of optometry.
