Section 634A.110 - Reexamination of applicant who fails practical examination

An applicant for a license to practice Oriental medicine who fails the state examination may retake the examination on the next scheduled examination date. A person seeking reexamination must notify the Executive Director by completing a form prescribed by the Board and submitting the fee set forth in NAC 634A.165.
