Section 633.350 - Unethical conduct

1. For the purposes of this chapter and chapter 633 of NRS, an osteopathic physician engages in unethical conduct if he or she:

For the purposes of this chapter and chapter 633 of NRS, a physician assistant or anesthesiologist assistant engages in unethical conduct if the physician assistant or anesthesiologist assistant engages in any conduct which constitutes unethical conduct by an osteopathic physician pursuant to paragraphs (a) to (i), inclusive, of subsection 1 or engages in any other conduct which the Board determines constitutes unfitness to perform medical services or assist in the practice of medicine, as applicable.
