Section 632.580 - Submission of certificate of compliance to employer required

A registered nurse shall, not later than 30 days after he or she begins his or her employment as an attendant or not later than 30 days after the registered nurse completes the requirements for training as an attendant pursuant to subsections 7 and 8 of NRS 450B.160, submit to his or her employer a copy of his or her certificate of compliance with the requirements of subsections 7 and 8 of NRS 450B.160.
