Except as otherwise provided in NRS 622.090, in fulfillment of the requirements of paragraph (b) of subsection 1 of NRS 631.3121, an applicant taking the clinical examination approved by the Board and the American Board of Dental Examiners or the clinical examination administered by the Western Regional Examining Board must pass a simulated clinical examination in dental therapy or a comparable examination administered by the Western Regional Examining Board, as applicable.
