1. Pursuant to the provisions of NRS 630.253, as amended by section 30 of Assembly Bill No. 270, chapter 247, Statutes of Nevada 2023, at page 1554, an anesthesiologist assistant shall complete, within 2 years after initial licensure, a course of instruction relating to the medical consequences of an act of terrorism that involves the use of a weapon of mass destruction.

In addition to the requirements set forth in NRS 630.253, as amended by section 30 of Assembly Bill No. 270, chapter 247, Statutes of Nevada 2023, at page 1554, a course of instruction relating to the medical consequences of an act of terrorism that involves the use of a weapon of mass destruction:
3. A course of instruction relating to the medical consequences of an act of terrorism that involves the use of a weapon of mass destruction will be deemed to satisfy the requirements of paragraph (a) of subsection 2 if the course was provided to an anesthesiologist assistant:
