The license of an anesthesiologist assistant must be renewed on or before June 30 or, if June 30 is a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, the next business day after June 30, of each odd-numbered year. The Board will not renew the license unless the anesthesiologist assistant provides satisfactory proof:
2. The following hours of continuing education are required to renew a license to practice as an anesthesiologist assistant:
3. To allow for the renewal of a license to practice as an anesthesiologist assistant by each person to whom a license was issued or renewed in the preceding biennial licensing period, the Board will make such reasonable attempts as are practicable to send:

If a licensee fails to pay the fee for renewal after it becomes due or fails to submit proof that the licensee completed the number of hours of continuing education required by subsections 1 and 2, his or her license expires. Within 2 years after the date on which the license expires, the license may be reinstated if the holder:
