PETITIONS, ORDERS, OPINIONS AND RULES OF PRACTICE
Section 630.455 - Time limit for request to Board for consideration or action upon matter at meeting

1. The Board may consider at a regularly scheduled meeting any request for the Board to consider or take action upon a matter other than a petition described in NAC 630.420 or 630.450 that is received by the Board at least 30 days before the date of the meeting. If such a request is received less than 30 days before the date of the next regularly scheduled meeting, the Board may consider or take action upon the request at the following regularly scheduled meeting.

2. The Executive Director or his or her designee or the President of the Board will review a request described in subsection 1 to determine if the request should be considered at a meeting of the Board.
