Section 630.180 - Refund of fee for application; rejection of application

1. If an applicant:
(a) Does not complete his or her application
by providing all the documentation required by the form for application within
6 months after the actual date of filing of the form by the
applicant;
(b) Withdraws his or her
application; or
(c) Dies before he
or she is issued a license by the Board, the Board will not refund any portion
of the fee for application.
2. Applications which are not completed within 6 months may be closed without action.
3. If an applicant pays the fee for biennial registration at the time of application, the Board will refund the fee for biennial registration if the Board does not issue a license to the applicant for any reason set forth in subsection 1 or 2.
