Section 629.170 - Limitation on applicability of certain provisions during emergency or disaster

1. The provisions of this section and sections 2 and 3 do not apply to the provision of voluntary health care service in this State during an emergency or disaster.
2. As used in this section:
(a) "Disaster" has the meaning ascribed to it
in NRS
