Section 628B.350 - Maintenance of records concerning protected persons and documentation concerning license

A licensee shall maintain all records concerning each of the protected persons of the licensee and all documentation concerning the license of the licensee for at least 6 years after the completion of the last transaction concerning a guardianship account maintained for a protected person or the licensee's service as a private professional guardian, whichever is later.
