Section 628.892 - Licensure: Authority of Board to delegate approval or denial of application; approval or denial subject to ratification by Board

The Board may delegate the approval or denial of an application for a license to the Board's staff or a committee of members of the Board. Any such approval or denial is subject to ratification by the Board at the next meeting of the Board after the date of the approval or denial, as applicable.
