The Board will interpret the term "suspension, revocation or placing on probation of the right to practice before any state or federal agency" as used in paragraph (h) of subsection 1 of NRS 628.390 to include any surrender of a license while the licensee is under investigation or has been charged with any violation in a disciplinary or administrative matter.
