Section 625.645 - Conditions of probation

1. If the Board determines that probation is an appropriate disciplinary sanction pursuant to NRS 625.460, it may require as conditions of probation:
(a) That the licensee notify the
Board concerning each project on which the licensee is working;
(b) The supervision of the licensee by an
independent professional selected by the Board;
(c) The payment of all costs of the Board,
not to exceed $5,000 per violation; and
(d) Any other conditions deemed appropriate
by the Board to facilitate the probation.
2. Any notification required pursuant to subsection 1 must include:
(a) The name of the
client;
(b) The name of the
project;
(c) The location of the
project;
(d) The type and scope of
work involved;
(e) The size of the
project; and
(f) The amount of the
fee to be paid to the licensee.
