Section 624.720 - Notice of impaired financial responsibility or violation of law

If the Board believes that a licensee's financial responsibility is impaired or that the licensee is in violation of chapter 624 of NRS or this chapter, the Board will so notify the licensee and may set a hearing regarding the financial responsibility of the licensee or the alleged violation by the licensee of chapter 624 of NRS or this chapter.
